PayPal offers you PayPal Account and not a Real Merchant Account. In this case your money gets deposited into a PayPal account which PayPal controls rather than your own bank account.

In case you are planning on having a paypal merchant account then keep in mind that you would be losing sales due to the fact that several countries are not supported by Paypal and most of the people won't signup with you in case they only see Paypal.
